In this Sunday’s parable, Jesus tells the story of a man forgiven of a debt who immediately demands payment (of a much lesser sum) from his own debtor. It’s a tale of mercilessness. Unfortunately, it’s also a tale of our own hard hearts when it comes to the topic of forgiveness.
