• Drop-off time: We can receive attendees at 8:45 a.m. (volunteers may arrive earlier for team huddle).
• Parking: Volunteers should park in the QT lot.
• Pick-up: Details are in the Parent Guidebook. Early dismissals can be arranged at the Help Desk in the commons.

Authorized pick-ups: Others may pick up children if listed as a “trusted person” in the registration. Families can update this in the Church Center app or website. Through the “My Registrations” section. 

• ​Missed days: It’s fine if a child can’t attend all 4 days; daily check-ins will update the roster automatically.
• Volunteer attendance: Volunteers must attend all 4 days. Contact Hannah Lang at hlang@messiahnetwork.org for special cases.
• Preschoolers: Must be potty independent. Regular bathroom breaks are scheduled, and parents can send a change of clothes to keep on site for the week.

• What to wear: Attendees and volunteers should wear their VBS t-shirt daily. Closed-toe shoes or sandals are required for attendees (no crocs or slides); volunteers may choose their footwear.
• What to bring: Please leave personal items like water bottles, toys, and stuffed animals at home. Hydration will be provided.

• Volunteer shirts: Pick up at training (June 13) or from the church office during business hours.
• Attendee shirts: Available June 21 during church hours or Monday morning at check-in with the crew leader.
• Extra shirts: Limited quantities may be available for purchase but not guaranteed.

• Medical items: If your child needs an Epipen or other supplies, email April Mueller at amueller@messiahnetwork.org beforehand.
• Food allergies: Should be recorded in the registration form and will appear on each day’s name tag.

• Crew changes and buddy requests: Buddy preferences can be made during registration. Crews are arranged thoughtfully to encourage community growth. For concerns, contact Hannah Lang at hlang@messiahnetwork.org
• Registrants can edit their own registrations using the Church Center app or website. Through the “My Registrations” section 

• Training requirements:
• Service hours: Submit requests to Hannah Lang by email at hlang@messiahnetwork.org 
• Paper forms can be signed the week after VBS.
